Just Right Estate Sales works by conducting a thorough evaluation of your personal property and creating a customized plan, whether online auction, on site sale or total buy out to sell your items. We handle everything from start to finish, including organizing, pricing, advertising, and conducting the sale.
As soon as you know you are moving, selling, downsizing or liquidate your items. We currently are booking 1-2 months in advance for traditional estate sales and 2-3 months in advance for online auctions.
It depends. For online auctions, you are welcome to stay in your home while we have your sale as all bidding and purchases happen online. For traditional estate sales, you can not be home while we conduct your sale.
For online auctions, we conduct a free consultation then move forward with having one of our photographers come in to photograph each item you'd like to sell, this usually takes 2-4 days depending on the size of the sale. We then list each item on our website with photos & descriptions and advertise your sale on multiple websites & social media. When the sale goes live, bidding opens. When the sale closes, the winners of the items come to pick up their items or we ship them- depending on their preference. This is all at no upfront cost to you, our service fees are deducted from your sale earnings.
We liquidate anything from collections to entire estates. We also take consignments. There is no set amount of items required to have a sale as every situation in different.

Yes. In the state of Florida, it is not required to have liability insurance to sell other people's belongings, but WE DO. To ensure that both you and your items are fully protected.
We, the owners take pride in making ourselves available for all our customers. You will have our personal cell phone numbers should anything come up that you wish to speak to us about. The owners or a manager is present at every sale consultation as well as on site for every estate sale/auction pick up. We always make sure to stay in close contact with you during the entire process.
Yes. All of our firearms go to a local firearms dealer and are legally registered to the new owner following Florida state laws.
Yes, we will ship items anywhere in the United States. All shipping invoices are sent separate with tracking information.
